IRCopTools
IRCopTools are a set of Aliases, Remotes and PopUps that will make our life as IRCops a bit
easier.
These tools were made for DALnet, ArabChat, SquirrelsNET and aIRCDnet ircD and the filters were
tested under a bahamut-1.8.4 server.
